History & Philosophy
Crider & Shockey delivered its first load of concrete in 1943 as the first rural ready-mixed supplier west of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Many changes have occurred since that first delivery; however, the commitment to quality and service has remained. Today, Crider & Shockey, Inc. has grown to include nine modern computerized concrete facilities and employs more than 100 personnel.
Whether your concrete needs are for a large commercial/industrial project or a driveway providing a safe and attractive entrance to your house, Crider & Shockey, Inc. strives to meet your expectations for your project.
